1. Application and operator

MissKalunji Analytics is a private creator performance dashboard operated for the MissKalunji creator brand. This policy explains its handling of information from connected platforms and creator-entered records. For questions or requests, contact misskalunji@gmail.com.

2. What information is collected

When a YouTube account owner authorizes access, the app may receive the YouTube channel identifier and channel details, uploaded video identifiers and metadata (such as titles and publication dates), and channel, video or livestream performance statistics available under the permissions granted. These statistics may include views, watch time, subscribers, engagement and audience trends where available.

The dashboard also processes Twitch stream and channel statistics, manually entered or imported TikTok performance records, and notes or content plans supplied by the creator. Connection credentials or authorization tokens may be processed to maintain authorized API access. Google account passwords are not collected.

3. Why and how the data is used

YouTube data is used to synchronize authorized channel information, show analytics and historical trends, compare content performance, and support creator reporting and planning. Other platform data is used for similar dashboard functions. Data is not used to target advertising, sold to data brokers, or used to build advertising profiles.

4. Google API Services and user choice

Access to Google user data requires the account owner's OAuth consent. The exact permissions requested are displayed by Google during authorization. The application accesses only information permitted by those permissions. Users can revoke the app's access through Google Account connections. Revocation stops future access under the revoked authorization; it does not automatically erase historical data already stored in the application.

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

5. Storage and safeguards

Application records and historical metrics are stored using Cloudflare services, including Cloudflare D1. The dashboard is intended to be available only to authorized users. Authentication and access controls are used to restrict access, and service credentials should be kept out of publicly accessible pages. No internet-connected system can guarantee perfect security.

6. Sharing and service providers

Google/YouTube and Twitch supply data through their services. Cloudflare provides application hosting and database infrastructure and processes information as needed to operate the application. Analytics are not made publicly available through this informational site. Information may be disclosed if required by applicable law. Any additional provider receiving Google user data must be disclosed here before that processing is enabled.

7. Retention and deletion

Historical creator analytics may be retained to support long-term performance comparisons while the dashboard is in use. To request access to or deletion of stored information, email misskalunji@gmail.com with sufficient information to identify the connected account. Requests will be reviewed, identity or account control may be verified, and applicable stored records will be deleted subject to legal or security obligations. Revoking OAuth authorization and requesting deletion are separate actions.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when features, permissions, storage or data processing change. Material changes to how Google user data is used will be reflected here before the changed processing occurs. The date above identifies the current version.
